Hello to all our customers.
These past few weeks have been incredibly challenging for everyone here in our small kitchen unit. Like almost every small business in the country we are having to make major adjustments to how we operate.
As many of you know school meals are at the core of what we do, especially outside of the summer events season. With the announcement of the schools closing we are going to lose a significant source of income.
That said we are going to try and keep on as many staff and the business operating as best we can.
We are talking daily to schools and the local council about how to still deliver hot meals to establishments that will be asked to remain open to support children of key workers. We are also aiming to deliver meals to those children who are eligible for free school meals.
Once we have full details from local councils on what locations will open we will update our school meal ordering system to allow parents to order meals.
This, we hope, will enable us to retain some core staff and meals flowing out of the kitchen.
On top of that we want to further help those in the school communities we support. We will be creating a simple 5 day hot and cold food menu. We would like to offer these meals to anyone, particularly the elderly and vulnerable who are currently having to self-
We plan to deliver a nutritious 2 course meal or packed lunch for £2.50. This is less than the price of high street meal deal. We are also offering
Fresh Lasagne, All in one beef casserole, Cottage Pie and Vegetable Lasagne for 1 x £2.50
We are also hoping to partner with the veg to deliver these meals to your door along with fresh fruit, vegetables and basic food items.
We will be publishing more details soon on how to order and delivery options so please follow us on Facebook so we can inform as many people as possible when we have new information.

September 2015: Seasonal Menus Available
We are delighted to announce the introduction of our new Season Menu's which will run throughout the year: as follows:
- Autumn Menu (terms 1 & 2)
- Winter Menu (terms 3 & 4)
- Spring/Summer Menu (terms 5 & 6).
The dishes will change for each season and will be based on a three week rolling menu which will alternate throughout the relevant terms, featuring dishes and food available at that time of the year.
We have listened to the many suggestions we have received and are pleased to make available from September 1st the facility to order and pay for a complete Seasons meals in advance e.g. Sept to Dec.
Those parents wishing to order in advance should print off the menu below and:
(1) tick your menu choices.
(2) Include payment in full if applicable i.e. non-

New and existing schools can be 100% confident that the team at Sue Brady Catering will continue to deliver our high quality and nutritious meals as we always have.Our kitchen currently delivers more than 130,000 school meals per year. With our recent expansion, investment in equipment and people, Sue Brady Catering is ready and able to support all local schools to deliver the new government initiative.

28th February 2014: New website features
We are pleased to announce that our School Meals Order form has a new option that will allow parents contact details and children’s meal profiles to be ‘remembered’. If this option is selected the next time you use the order form relevant fields will automatically fill with your details. This has been one of the most frequently requested features for our site so we are delighted that we can now make this available to you.
